The holidays are slowly fading away into the past, and some of us need that extra warmth and comfort to let go. Here’s something to help you move on into the rest of the year: blood sausage topped with a quail egg and served with marinated red peppers on our homemade sourdough.

Considering the amount of great restaurants and chefs that have been popping up here in Cebu these last few years, it truly is an honor to be recognized! What a way to finish 2017!
